Spam is the term used on the Internet to describe unsolicited commercial SMS messages. These messages are also commonly referred to as junk, bulk or unsolicited commercial SMS.
We prohibit the use of its system for spamming. We may, at our discretion, refuse to process any job that meets commonly accepted definitions of SPAM.
We reserve the right to terminate service or take other appropriate actions against customers who
violate our policies.
We require that customers who use our services use lists of mobile numbers containing recipients who have given explicit consent to receive SMS from that customer, i.e. subscribed customers. Customers cannot use lists that have been obtained from public Internet forums or any other source.
All SMS originating at IGLOW has explicit short code information IGLOW does not allow external hosts to
relay SMS.
